The African Network for the Prevention and Protection against Child Abuse and Neglect (ANPPCAN) is a pan African network that promotes child rights and child protection in Africa.
ANPPCAN Regional office has from May 2014 been implementing a program known as, Reducing violence against children with special focus on sexual exploitation of children and child sex tourism, which seeks to address child sexual abuse and exploitation in all its forms. The specific objective of the programme is to advocate and lobby for improved protection of children against violence, in particular, sexual exploitation at the local and National level in Kenya. Cases of violence against children are common in our societies and in order to seek services for the abused child, one needs knowledge of where to seek for assistance. Thus ANPPCAN compiled a data base of service provider within Nairobi County, for clients and service providers to refer their cases. This is an e-directory of the service providers within Nairobi County.
